Everything NRTHIQ does for your website, and what it doesn't.
Nine areas of work, run continuously. For each one: what NRTHIQ does on its own, and what it brings to you. If something needs a person, it says so.
- 01
Technical health
Google has to be able to reach, read and index a page before it can rank it. NRTHIQ crawls your site the way Google does on every pass, checks page speed, and checks each important page's index status directly with Google rather than assuming.
NRTHIQ does this
- Broken internal links and missing page descriptions found and reported on every pass
- Missing image descriptions added
- Index status re-checked after every fix
Comes to you
- Redirect changes, canonical changes, and anything touching robots or indexing rules. These can take a site out of Google, so they are never automatic
- 02
Google's view of your site
Search Console shows which searches you appear for, which pages Google is showing, and where you sit. Analytics shows what visitors did next. NRTHIQ reads both continuously so the work is driven by what Google actually sees, not by a keyword list someone typed in a meeting.
NRTHIQ does this
- Searches where you're close but not visible surfaced as opportunities
- Pages losing visibility flagged for investigation with the evidence attached
Comes to you
- Investigations that need a decision from the business: a service you've stopped offering, a page that should be retired
- 03
Local and Maps visibility
“Near me” results change from street to street. NRTHIQ measures your visibility for your important searches across a grid of points covering your service area, so you can see where you show up, where you don't, and whether that's changing.
NRTHIQ does this
- Visibility measured across the service area and tracked over time
- Gaps between where you serve and where you're found reported plainly
Comes to you
- Location pages for places you serve, proposed with the demand evidence and drafted for approval
- Google Business Profile changes, which you make with our guidance
- 04
Titles, headings and page structure
A page's title and headings are what tell Google, and the person scanning results, what the page is for. NRTHIQ rewrites them to match the searches each page should win, using only words grounded in what your business does, then verifies the change on the live page.
NRTHIQ does this
- Duplicate, missing or mismatched titles and headings found on every pass
Comes to you
- Every rewritten title and heading is shown to you before it goes live
- 05
Service pages you're missing
The most common gap on a local business site: people search for a service you offer and there's no page about it. NRTHIQ finds those gaps from real search data, confirms the service is one you've told us you provide, and drafts the page.
NRTHIQ does this
- Gaps found and ranked by measured demand
- Draft pages prepared, grounded only in the services and places you've declared
Comes to you
- Every new page is approved by you before it's published. Nothing goes live on its own
- 06
Internal links and structured data
Internal links tell Google which pages matter and help visitors get to the right one. Structured data tells Google, in a format it reads directly, what your business is and what it offers. NRTHIQ adds both from what's already true about your site.
NRTHIQ does this
- Single internal links added where a page has none pointing to it
Comes to you
- Structured data describing your business, reviewed before it's added because it carries business claims
- Sitewide link and navigation changes
- 07
Business identity
Your name, address and phone number should be identical on your site, your Google Business Profile, and every directory that lists you. When they aren't, Google trusts all of them less. NRTHIQ compares them and tells you exactly what disagrees.
NRTHIQ does this
- Mismatches between your site, your profile and directories found and reported with the specifics
Comes to you
- Corrections on third-party listings, which only the business can make, handed to you as a short list
- 08
Reviews, reputation and links from other sites
Reviews and links from other local sites affect how Google sees you, and none of it can be automated honestly. NRTHIQ monitors both, tells you what's changed, and ranks the off-site work worth a person's time.
NRTHIQ does this
- Review and link changes monitored and reported
- Opportunities ranked so the short list is worth doing
Comes to you
- All of it. Asking for a review, earning a link from a local organisation: this is work a person does, and we say so rather than pretend otherwise
- 09
Measurement
The point of all of the above is a phone that rings. Where call and form tracking is connected, NRTHIQ attributes calls, form submissions and appointment requests back to search, so the report can say what the work produced rather than what it ranked.
NRTHIQ does this
- A baseline recorded before any change is made
- Calls, forms and appointment requests connected to search where tracking allows
Comes to you
- Connecting call tracking and form tracking, which we walk you through at the start
Said plainly, so there are no surprises.
- No advertising. NRTHIQ is organic search and Maps; it does not run Google Ads or social campaigns.
- No bought links, review schemes, or anything Google penalises. Visibility you have to defend every month isn't an asset.
- No changes that could take your site out of Google, ever automatically. Redirects, canonical and indexing rules are always a person's decision.
- No invented content. A service you haven't declared or a place you don't serve never becomes a page.

Send us your website. We run NRTHIQ's assessment on it, walk you through what it found, and tell you honestly whether it's a fit. No obligation.
